Dedicated to the memory of Thelma Wyatt
Thelma had a long and fulfilling life, having been a botanist, biology teacher, potter, a community counsellor, a wife, a mother, grandmother and great grandmother, a carer for our dad, Peter, in his last years, a native Welsh speaker, and many more things. She died on 20th July 2022 in the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield at the age of 98.
Please do not send flowers. If you wish you can make a donation to Oxfam, for whom Mum worked as a volunteer for many years.
Everybody attending the funeral will be invited to join a celebration of Mum's life at a venue on the other side of Grenoside. Details will be provided on the day.

Thoughts
Thelma was a much loved aunt who was part of my life for many years; she had an energy which was reflected in everything she did. Whether it was welcoming you into their home, becoming involved in charitable, neighbourhood or social events she was a positive force. She had a social conscience which directed her life always ready to help and become involved and defeating me with her knowledge of plants & their Latin names. We will remember the happy times x
